On February 8th, we had the privilege of aquiring from the Viadei kennel a beautiful long-coat puppy. Her name is Nadja, daughter of Damon vom Roten Diego (VA Gavin vom Hasenborn) and Ilya von Viadei (V18 Achilleus vom Kapellenberg)We're really excited about this new addition to our kennel. Frieda's 1st litter was born last Monday, the 24th of March. The first puppy was average in size and was born naturally. The second puppy, on the other hand, was much too large and had to be delivered via cesarean. The surgery did go well and the puppy was delivered just in time. We recently gave the puppies their 1st bath. We try not to give them baths frequently, but sometimes they get so dirty that washing them up is a must. All the children were such a big help with this job. Annora is doing such a excellent job of teaching her pups. This Monday the weather was finally warm enough to take the puppies outside to play for the 1st time. Even though it was a totally new experience for them, they confidently took it all in.
